The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The pool area had pleasant sea views and the location in Sissi was ideal for a quiet getaway. There was a lovely atmosphere and the hotel 

We had a great room on the first floor with a direct sea view and wonderful sea noise. At the very friendly reception every wish was promptly fulfilled. The complex is very well maintained and beautiful. We will be very happy to come

The staff is very friendly and helpfull, does all his best . There are rooms with renovation and without. Very big difference between them ! Renovated rooms are very nice and big (family room). Good location in the middle

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is located in a very pictoresque and romantic villa by the sea - Sissi, which is relatively far from the major cities in Crete and therefore the associated confusion. If you are looking for nightlife and big parties this is not the best
